1. Venture AI intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Venture AI owns or is authorized to use the website design, marketplace architecture, original text, databases, visual systems, software, code, graphics, logos, presentation materials and Venture AI branding displayed on this site. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual-property laws.
2. Venture AI trademarks and branding
Venture AI™, associated logos, product names, service names and other brand identifiers may be trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. Use of the ™ symbol indicates a claim to trademark rights and does not necessarily mean a mark is registered in every jurisdiction.
3. Marketplace listings
A listed domain, logo, brand package, website, software product, content library or other asset remains the property of its current owner until an applicable sale, assignment or license is completed. A listing does not grant the viewer any ownership interest or license to use the listed asset.
4. Brand concepts and proposed names
Some marketplace listings may contain proposed names, visual identities, positioning concepts or other creative materials developed for commercialization. These materials may not be copied, adopted, registered, used commercially or incorporated into another project without permission or completion of the applicable acquisition or license.
5. Website code and software
Where a listing includes source code, themes, plugins, scripts, designs or software, ownership and licensing terms are defined by the final transaction documents. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their original licenses. A buyer is responsible for reviewing dependency and license requirements before acquisition.
6. Third-party trademarks and logos
Third-party names, trademarks, logos and product references may appear for identification, interoperability, partnership context, comparison, commentary, portfolio context or because they form part of a represented asset. All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
7. Permitted use of site content
You may view and use the website for legitimate evaluation of Venture AI services and marketplace opportunities. Except as permitted by law or with written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, remove ownership notices from, systematically scrape, or commercially exploit protected Venture AI or listing materials.
8. No implied license
No right or license is granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise merely because material is publicly viewable on the website. Any license or assignment must be expressly documented.
9. Rights complaints
If you believe content on Venture AI infringes intellectual-property rights you own or are authorized to represent, send a written notice identifying the protected work or right, the specific marketplace URL or material at issue, your contact information, the basis for your claim and supporting documentation. We may request additional information before taking action.
10. Counter-notices and disputes
Where appropriate, Venture AI may notify the affected listing owner or other party and may request evidence of ownership, authorization or lawful use. Venture AI may remove, restrict or restore content while a dispute is reviewed, without determining the ultimate legal rights of the parties.
